are not and should not be seen in the capacity of medical, behavioral, nursing or medical nutrition therapy and are not meant to take the place of your relationship, visits, directives, communication, etc. from licensed health professionals, including your doctors or practitioners.

 

You understand and agree that:

1. Your coach(es), presenters, and HealthCare Pink®, LLC are not providing health care, medical or nutrition therapy services and will not diagnose, treat or cure in any manner whatsoever, any disease, condition or other physical or mental ailment of the human body.

2. Our affiliated coach(es), presenters, employee, contractors, and HealthCare Pink, LLC® are not acting in the capacity of a doctor, advanced practitioner, licensed dietician-nutritionist, massage therapist, psychologist or other licensed or registered professional.

3. You have chosen to engage with HealthCare Pink, LLC® and participate in our Programs, website, activities, and communities voluntarily.

 

HealthCare Pink®, LLC and its affiliated programs HealthCare Pink®, Win for Working Moms®, Her Autumn, and Silver Belle focus on general wellness information, community, sharing of helpful ideas which may be a matter of opinion, and coaching.   Our coaching sessions are designed to provide tools, information, and support towards wellness and professional goals.  Communication shared in our community conversations, blog, or discussions do not represent the opinions of HealthCare Pink® and its affiliates and should be viewed as a matter of opinion only and not as endorsed or directed advice.  Members and clients are responsible for use and decisions based on this information.

 

HealthCare Pink®, LLC and its affiliates encourage you to maintain a relationship with your primary care physician or practitioner. If you do not have one and/or do not have routine physicals, closing this gap could have benefits for you. Do not discontinue or change any treatment plan that you may be on because of our sessions without discussing the change with your doctor or other primary care provider. 

 

RELEASE

 

You acknowledge and take full responsibility for your decisions, life and well-being, as well as the lives and well-being of your family (where applicable), and all decisions made during and after the Program or coaching participation.  In furtherance and not in limitation of the foregoing, by reviewing our website, participating in our programs or engaging coaching, you hereby and forever waive, release and discharge HealthCare Pink, LLC, its members, their heirs, executors, administrators, assigns, officers, agents, employees, contractors, representatives, executors and all others acting on their behalf (the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims or liabilities for injuries or damages to your person and/or property or that of your family (where applicable), including those caused by negligent act or omission of any of those mentioned or others acting on their behalf, arising out of or connected with your participation in the Program or in connection with services provided by HealthCare Pink®, LLC, or the Released Parties.
